Titles Division Information Letter

Each month, the Oil and Gas Titles Branch (Branch) prepares an Advance Lease Expiry Notice and mails one to each registered titleholder of any Crown Lease with a primary term scheduled to end within the subsequent 12 months.  The Branch will discontinue the preparation and mailing of the Advance Lease Expiry Notices as of January 1, 2010.  The responsibility of titleholders to submit continuation applications as required by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act remains unchanged.

Registered titleholders and designated payors of Lease, and other tenure, now have the ability, through e-Payments, to produce, view, and download equivalent expiry reports whenever they wish.  For your convenience a quick how-to is attached.
