SUBJECT: Revised execution requirements for petroleum and natural gas title documents
The Titles Division no longer issues petroleum and natural gas title documents in duplicate for execution by the titleholder.
This applies to all petroleum and natural gas title documents numbered 54497 and higher. One original document, signed by the Province, is sent to the titleholder for retention.
Petroleum and natural gas title documents issued in duplicate and numbered 54496 and lower still requires titleholder signature(s) and the return of one original document to the Titles Division.
