February 25, 2015 - Service Interruption - MTO outage – Starting Feb 27, 2015

 

Reminder that MTO will be unavailable over the upcoming weekend, starting Feb 27th, for infrastructure upgrades. Clients with claims expiring over the weekend are encouraged to file claim maintenance well in advance of the good to date of the claim to avoid forfeiture. MTO will be taken offline at 4pm on Feb 27, 2015. We are hopeful that MTO will be brought back online on Sunday evening, March 1, 2015. Please check here for updates.

 

 

February 11, 2015 - Service Interruption - Planned MTO outage – Feb 27, 2015 – March 2, 2015

 

Mineral Titles Online, among other government applications, will be unavailable over the weekend of Friday, Feb 27, 2015, around 4pm, until Monday, March 2, 2015 in the morning due to an infrastructure upgrade. As more detailed information becomes available the branch website and MTO website will be updated.

In the event that we are unable to proceed over the Feb 27th weekend, upgrades will take place the following weekend from Friday, March 6, 2015 until Monday, March 9, 2015.

Tenure holders with claims expiring over either of these weekends are encouraged to file claim maintenance well in advance of their good to dates to avoid problems. The Mineral Titles office administers the laws and manages the recording system pertaining to the acquisition and maintenance of mineral, placer and coal rights in the Province.  The Ministry maintains records and maps which indicate areas available for acquisition of title as well as the status of mineral and coal titles acquired under the Mineral Tenure Act and Coal Act.
