Summer Drilling Credit Program The Summer Drilling Credit Program will provide a royalty credit equal to 10% of the goods and services costs attributable to the individual wells. The credit will be added to a royalty bank to a maximum of $100,000 per well for wells spudded after March 31 and before December 1.
