Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd.
Project Number 80-246
June 1981

The North Chezacut survey was one of several conducted between 1979 and 1981 in conjunction with Canadian Hunter’s oil and gas exploration program in the Nechako basin region. The survey was conducted October 14, 1980 to March 23, 1981. The survey totaled 560 line kilometres along cut lines and logging roads in the Blackwater River area west of Quesnel, and the Chezacut area north of Alexis Creek. This survey was in part a detail follow-up to reconnaissance lines done during Project 80-216 (Report 2394).
