Project Number 80-216November 1980
The Nazko Wellsite survey was one of several conducted between 1979 and 1981 in conjunction with Canadian Hunter’s oil and gas exploration program in the Nechako basin region. The survey was conducted May 1 to August 29, 1980. The survey totaled 650 line kilometres along six lines. The three northern lines ran in generally northeast directions across the Nazko River valley in the vicinity of the Nazko – Honolulu oil and gas exploration well (a-004-L). Three more lines were run further south, across Nazko Lakes Provincial Park, north of the village of Chezacut. This survey was tied into, and integrated with the other gravity surveys associated with the Canadian Hunter program.
