Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Mines in British Columbia 2008

The Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Mines in British Columbia is reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Code Review Committee, which comprises representatives from labour, industry and government. The Chief Inspector of Mines chairs this committee, which ensures that the Code remains current as new technology, mining practices and health and safety concerns emerge. The current edition of the Code was updated in 2008.
