Over the past few years, there have been a number of incidents involving excavators at mine sites in British Columbia.
May 25, 2006: Sullivan Mine Incident
British Columbia’s Chief Inspector of Mines issued a Directive and a Hazard Alert on May 25, 2006 as a result of the investigation into the incident at the closed Sullivan Mine.
